This policy covers the website rorqualsystems.com. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, available on its website.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you type in the contact form: your name, your work email, your company if you give it, and your message. We also keep the date of your message. The site sets no cookies, has no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To answer your message and, if you ask for it, to discuss working together. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who receives it

Your message is sent by email to our team. Two service providers handle it on our behalf: Postmark (ActiveCampaign, United States), which delivers the email, and Microsoft, which hosts our mailbox. The website itself is hosted by Railway (United States). Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is useful, and at most three years after our last exchange. The contact form keeps nothing on the website itself.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, through the contact form. If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
